Mind body interaction is still debated today. How can the mind cause our limbs to move (for example, raising our hand to stop a bus). How can the sense organs cause sensations in the mind? The stress response creates physiological changes that damage the body and accelerate aging. An agitated mind/body system generates entropy, decay and aging. Your own body/mind system is also an expression of the same quantum field that underlies everything in the universe. The course offers practical approaches to balance and revitalize your body and the mind.
